Richard Greco is a 40 year veteran resident of Pelham Manor and familiar with all ascpects of Pelham Manor and Pelham Life.  Having raised three children with his wife of 43 years in Pelham Manor, one graduating #1 in his class in Pelham Memorial High School and rising to the position of The Assistant Secretary of the Navy.

Richard Greco can advise you first hand of the past, present and future benefits associated with the Pelham educational system, social and religious envrionment.  In addition, Richard Greco, served 10 years as a Volunteer Firefighter and also served as the Vice Presdient of the Volunteer Fire Department and is currently an Exempt Member of the Pelham Manor Volunteer Fire Department.  Richard is also proud to tell all of his clients and future clients that another of his sons serves as a Captain in the Pelham Manor Fire Department and is proud of a third son who is a Detective with the New Rochelle Police Department, all graduates of Prospect Hill School and Pelham Memorial High School and each son moving on the receive their degrees at such schools as University of Chicago, Johns Hopkins, Fordham University, SUNY Binghamton, SUNY Delhi.

PROPERTY TAX REVIEW AND APPEAL SERVICES:

NEW FOR 2011:   Richard Greco will assist all clients in the Town of Pelham with the review of their property assessment in 2011.  Prior to 2011, Richard Greco elected not to perform this service.  However, in view several properties, Richard Greco has uncovered a disparity between actual Market Value and the Market Value as valued by the Town Assessor.  As such, Richard Greco  will accept Real Property Tax Appeal cases from present and future property owners of the Town of Pelham and Village of Pelham Manor.  As ooposed to those who represent themselves as "Property Tax Advocates" Richard Greco represents himself as YOUR EXPERT WITNESS complete with a Certified Appraisal and will testify at all hearings not as an Advocate but as your "Independent" Real Property Tax Consultant and Expert.

Note:  The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice prohibits Certified Appraisers from acting as Property Tax Advocates.  Appraisers can only provide appraisal services to determine a Fair Market Value of your property as of the effective date of the property assessment.
