Founded in 1969, Richard Greco while serving as a New York City Building Inspector, was formerly associated with Menas Nastasi Real Estate located in Astoria Queens where he worked with top Astoria Sales Agents selling Income Producing Commercial Properties, and at which time when asked by Tony Nastasi, a Principal Broker and Builder started a separate Appraisal firm now known as Richard Greco Appraisals, Inc.

We also own NY Metro Appraisal Services, Inc and Fairfield County Appraisal and Assessment Group, Greenwich. Ct. Richard is also an approved VA, FHA Appraiser as well as a VA, FHA Compliance, Construction and Specially Adapted Housing Inspector for Disabled Veterans of the Armed Services.

Having received his Real Estate Brokers License, Richard started Richard Greco Real Estate which is now located at 2157B Tomlinson Avenue, Bronx, New York 10461 and is proud to note that he is joined by his sons Christopher and Michael in the Real Estate Sales .

Christopher is a New York State Certified Appraiser, New York State Licensed Home Inspector and a Licensed Sales Agent as well as a Certified Buyers Agent and Certified Mold Inspector.  Christopher is also the founder the AUTISM FOUNDATION known as www.Christophersvoice.org (Please pay a visit) and is a Detective and PBA President of the New Rochelle Police Department.  Chris started by assisting Richard file property transfer cards and measuring buildings at the age of nine.

Michael is a New York State Certified Appraiser and a New York State Real Estate Agent.  Michael is also a trained electrician and a Professional Firefighter holding the rank of Captain with the Pelham Manor Fire Department.

Like Chris, Michael started help Richard at the age of 9 filing those 3 x 5 transfer cards and measuring buildings.  Michael also hold varied Certification as an Instructor for Firefighter Training as was instrumental in designing modifications for fire equipment.
